Cardio Sculpt: Innovative Fitness version of boot camp, with our own twist. Designed for all fitness levels, from beginner to expert, this class is a total-body, heart-pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and have you burning calories hours after stopping.
Semi-private Training
This is where we take a personal approach to your fitness. One of our trainers leads you in an individualized program geared toward your specific goals. We focus on what will benefit you the most, from strength to stretching to stamina.
